| Abstract: | Vi tager i denne rapport udgangspunkt i en case, Croissanten, som er en mindre cafe. Virksomheden har eksisteret i mange år og har på det seneste oplevet et fald i antallet af kunder. Vi har en tese om, at hvis man tydeliggøre Croissantens kerneværdier over for kunderne og personalet igennem et manifest, kan man styrke virksomhedens markedsidentitet.
Vi har arbejdet ud fra en socialkonstruktivistisk tilgang og har benyttet os af dataindsamlingsmetoder som indbefatter et fokusgruppeinterview, en SWOT-analyse og et semistruktureret interview. Til videre behandling af data benyttede vi os af affinitetsdiagrammering.
Vi har ud fra analyseret empiri skabt et manifest, som værner om de eksisterende kerneværdier og tager hånd om virksomhedens svagheder. Slutvist giver vi dem et redskab til at implementere manifestet og et eksempel på brugen af dette, i form af et menukort som tager udgangspunkt i manifestet. <br /><br />In this rapport we will focus on the case, Croissanten, which is a small cafe. The company has existed for many years and has recently experienced a decline in the number of customers. We have a thesis that if we clarify Croissanten’s core values to the customers and staff through a manifesto, one can strengthen its market identity. We worked from a social constructivist approach and have used data collection methods which include a focus group interview, a SWOT analysis and a semi-structured interview. We used affini-ty diagramming in the further process of data. From the analyzed empirical data, we created a manifesto, which governs the existing core values and deal with company weaknesses. Finally we will propose a tool to implement the manifesto, and give them an example on how to use this, in the form of a menu inspired by the manifesto. |
